Healthy food provides our body with the proper nutrients it needs to function properly .It also helps in maintaining weight. Taking care of our body should be our first step towards having a good lifestyle.

Sometimes people only focuses on their physical health and neglect about mental health .It is important that everyone should maintain both physical as well as mental health. Everyone should take a proper sleep and stress less. Mental health involves maintaining a healthy mind. Like a mentally healthy person will take every challenges of his life excitingly and with energy and on the other hand mentally weak person will be depressed, will be full of aggression and it will affect overall well - being.

REDUCE RISK OF DISEASES 

Having a good physical and mental health a person increases his / her chances of living. No smoking, no alcohol, eating healthy can keep your cholesterol and blood sugar level normal and decreases hypertension and cardiovascular diseases.
