"Don’t judge. Teach. It’s a learning process.”  If you have a fixed mindset, then you believe your intelligence is static. The growth mindset is the belief that your qualities can be changed and nurtured through effort.

FIXED VS GROWTH MINDSET

FIXED- People with a fixed mindset believe that their traits, including their intelligence and talents, are fixed and unchangeable.  Since you believe these qualities are a permanent part of who you are, you feel the need to constantly prove yourself.

GROWTH- hey view challenges as opportunities for growth and are more resilient in the face of obstacles.  You believe that people may be born with different gifts, interests, or temperaments, but everyone can change and grow through experience and practice.
